"Unhappy with delivery packaging"

I haven’t used the wool balls yet as I’ve just received them, but I was very disappointed that the packaging wasn’t wrapped to protect the container they came in as it arrived crushed and the lid no longer fits.
I would actually use the container to store them on my bench between use so now I have to find another suitable container

Never again. Purchased Wool Balls on their online shop. Still waiting for delivery. No communication at all from Nontre as to what is happening with my order - no email regarding dispatch. Still waiting to receive it. Not impressed with this seller. Order status is showing as 'unfulfilled' - so I have no idea when I will receive my order.

Just wanted to let you know though that my 5 packs of dryer balls and 5 fragrances all arrived in squashed and empty boxes and a bag full of balls and oils bouncing around again ( Christmas presents that now don’t look so festive!!) Maybe protective packaging in the future! Love the product though.
