Honestly I can’t believe how badly I was let down !! Never again paid 58 for a teddy to collect a peace of tissue paper chucked in a mail bag was not enough to wrap the teddy in smelled like it had just been pulled off a shelf!! Tag was not connected to the teddy it was loose in the shipping bag … I order the teddy’s often never had this problem genuinely come smelling nee tags on and perfect will never use this company again and this is a 100% genuine complaint if your ordering gifts that you want in perfect condition with good delivery go elsewhere absolutely horrible

Jellycat toys were great, but the delivery and customer service was not.
I paid extra for courier delivery due to needing the toys for a specific date (my son`s birthday) and royal mail strikes were expected to cause delays. Despite this they sent it with parcelforce (a branch of royal mail), knowing they were on strike, and then refused to refund the courier fees I had paid. Customer services were unhelpful and unsympathetic.
