Rose was the lady that helped me she was very courteous and went well beyond what she had to to help me and told me if when I got to the airport if I needed help I could call her I told her I was computer illiterate and again she told me all had to do was call I thought that was very nice of her

Raymond was a great help. After my first flight was canceled he spent 40 minutes on the phone with me explaining my situation. Then first thing the following morning he was able to secure my international flight. When the airline charged an additional change fee Askmefare was able to refund the difference.
