"I have just had my Sofa delivered on…"

I have just had my Sofa delivered on time from Sofa King, great quality great service and great price. I spoke to Mark about 3 weeks ago about the Sofa I have just had delivered he was very helpful and polite, following my discussion with Mark I placed my order.I would highly recommend Sofa King.

"Very Happy Customer"

Mark and Sofa King are well organised, They kept me in the loop regarding delivery etc, I bought the Darling 3 seater sofa, It was delivered today by 2 very helpful and professional guys, Its worth paying the extra £65.00 for taking away the old sofa, The 5* Delivery service is very cheap, The sofa i bought is beautiful i am a very pleased customer and will not hesitate to recommend Sofa King to anyone. Thanks to all at Sofa King.

"gorgeous chair priceless service"

We found it really difficult to find the right swivel chair. The prices varied hugely with no clear reason and only a tiny number had dimensions with the product details.
With Sofa King I rang up and immediately could discuss our awkward front-door-porch being at right angles to the lounge door shenanigans!
(There would have been no point buying a large chair if you can’t get it in the house!)
It was so helpful and reassuring to be able to chat over the phone and continue with the personal service via email throughout choosing the fabric for the chair, right through to when it was finished and being delivered.
I actually enjoyed this process of buying a chair I can relax and recover from a serious heart illness from ; rather than the anxious chore I thought it was going to be !
A huge Thanks! to Sofa King’s beautifully made products and ‘small company‘ care of clients.
I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

"Change Of Heart"

Following on my review in late Sept 18.I firstly want to apologise on my initial review of the company and say that the service I experienced from the thesofaking is mild in comparison to the service I received and still receiving of one of the big 3 retailers. False and empty promises. Their new IT platform malfunctioning.Stock being lost in transit. Final monies taken and various delivery windows arranged but then no show. Close for Xmas break and then they turn up at 8pm Xmas Eve, no tools to assemble suite and no time to wait for packaging of a nine piece corner sofa. The best thing is 4weeks after delivery they arrange a second delivery of a suite they have already delivered.I honestly do think that after reading all the reviews on thesofaking I may have been too hasty in my initial perception and again would like to apologise and hope that other readers give the chance to Marks company to offer a service that the bigger ones carnt but still offer through persistent adverts. Good luck to thesofaking in the future.

"Visited the showroom last week after we…"

Visited the showroom last week after we saw a sofa on the web site, if you click on ‘showroom’ on the web site is tells you what they have on display each month cause it changes. They can’t display everything they sell on there web site. The best thing about visiting is the 100’s of fabrics you get to choose from on the hand made in England ranges. We thought they were just available in the colours on line but when you visit the choice is crazy! So we bought a paradise 2 piece set for £699 changed the cord fabrics to brushed gold velvet (no extra cost!) and it was all delivered 3 weeks later for free, they even set it up in our lounge. You can’t fault this company the quality was better that we saw in Dfs, more comfy and it took just 2 weeks to make and 1/2 the price of other sofa stores we visited. No pushy sales people, really relaxed informal place with a lovely Coffee shop. If we could give this place 10 stars we would. Thanks to Mark for advice we will be back for a bed next month 👍

"PERCEPTION GOES A LONG WAY IN BUSINESS"

I purchased a new sofa online 16/9/18 and then decided within 1hr that I wanted to exercise my rights to cancel as I had purchased an item with no exact delivery date and an additional delivery charge which prompted on the initial online purchase after transacting. On phoning thesofaking the next day with the contact number advised .This is just an automated answering machine. Contact can only be made if you know the MD's mobile number or if you try using the online request form you might be in luck and get a reply. I certainly didn't.. I contacted again but this time I used the online request as though it was my place of work to which I got an instant reply but from a different landline. We had our discussion regarding my order and the reasons for me cancelling which Mark the MD I think wasn't initially happy about and tried to convince me otherwise with his "Dell Boy" like attitude which immediately made me go with my gut reaction and cancel my order for full credit. He agreed to the credit if I read the T&C's by sending an email to him directly. I received a return email that was short and brief and informal. I phoned the MD to chase the credit up using the second landline I had obtained but that too was an automated answering machine. I emailed him to which I did get a reply back saying I've processed it. I eventually received the credit back 27/9/18. My experience is somewhat mixed and I see that thesofaking has had some good reviews. I honestly do think that thesofaking might actually be a good shopping experience but perception goes a long way in business. Thank you for the full credit and I wish you all the best in the future.
