"Booked a3 tours cancelled "

Booked a wine tour in Siena the day before it was to happen. Took my money processed order, sent confirmation email. No tour company showed up at meeting place. When I emailed them. It was another tour operator that told me that tour was cancelled yet I received no notification. Be wary of MyTours, Viator tours and Windering tours. Talked with other people that had had same thing happen.

"unavailable sales to upsell"

I contacted Windering to book a team building event. We were informed the day before that the activity was not available on the dates we had chosen. Windering offered me another, less interesting activity at a much higher price. What a waste of time! We had to quickly find another provider who matched our budget.

It seems that this platform offers activities for sale that are not available. It's a scam to offer activities at a much higher price.
Be careful before signing up!

"Product Improvement"

We booked an event for our Team building activity. Only to be informed the following day that the event is not available on the dates that we've selected. Room for product improvement. Why was the service being offered if it wasn't available? Better coordination with providers or product inventory improvement is much needed. Thanks!

"Manglende feedback"

Fandt deres hjemmeside, da vi ledte efter vinsmagning i Ligurien (Italien). Hjemmesiden virker fin: Overskuelig og professionel.
Vi fandt en vinsmagning, som vi bestilte.
Vi fik også hurtigt et bekræftelsesmail på, at bookingen var modtaget. Samtidig gjorde de opmærksom på, at de kun var mellem-mand, så bookingen først var endelig godkendt, når vingården verificerede aftalen: De ville vende tilbage.
Det gjorde de bare ikke.
Selvom vi rykkede, fik vi ikke noget svar retur.
Derfor gik vi i lang tid i uvished, inden vi til sidst afbestilte for at få vores reserverede penge tilbage.
Ærgelig oplevelse.
