Been trying to contact this company since i purchased the face gems in July to get a refund but they are ignoring any emails or messages via the website. I want a refund since the face gems are not suitable for adults (barely for kids either) and do not look good. No response so no refund possible. Will contact my bank & ombudsman. The fact that they can't even respond is not very professional.
