"I felt that they wanted to trap me on purpose!"

I paid a full year subscription. I was not happy so I changed provider mid year. I didn't ask for a refund, however, when I attempted to disable auto-renewal of my subscription I couldn't log into to my account anymore. I contacted customer support explaining the problem and requesting them to cancel my subscription. After numerous emails of non-sense, they told me that they could not do it on my behalf, but they didn't do anything to correct it either. I felt that they wanted to trap me on purpose.

We just started off with Thinkific after literally months of searching for alternatives. Note that Thinkific wasn't our first choice but the value it provides and the possibility to pace trial for the platform is quite the value (a free one). It gives us the leeway to really make the most of one platform. I would've given it a 5 but need to do more testing for it. For beginners in distance learning and instructional design, highly recommended.

Good for starters, I miss the subscriptions in the 49 usd per month plan.

Its a great website, it explains each and every topic in detail. It helps you in visualizing the concepts and you also get notes.
