Makda has been very helpful and quick to attend to my needs. Steve and Amanuel, who helped me move on the day, were very lovely people. They are polite, never dawdle and are very hardworking, even insisted that I sit back and watch when I volunteered to help out.

Budget removals managed to fit me in on very short notice, were very reasonably priced, and their drivers/movers were very helpful and polite.

The only issue I had was bad reception on the phone while ordering a pickup. Also be aware that after organising a pickup, you need to write a confirmation email outlining what you are moving, the start and destination address and whether either of the addresses is a flat

The movers were so fast and thorough and made sure they had included everything. When we couldn’t enter the parking to the new flat they were calm and worked with me to figure it out. The email exchange also was really well done and I got fast replied and everyone was super nice! I’ll definitely use them again.
