As a first time buyer this was a daunting prospect, but Celeste was great at explaining everything and all the options that we had so that we could choose the best options for us. After we had had the offer accepted, Firmitas continued to help us. Molly would regularly check in with our solicitors and update us with where the purchase was. Even though I was also bugging our solicitor, it was very reassuring having someone more experienced checking in on them as well.
