Bad company Food unhealthy and misleading

I ordered over $100 worth of food and it arrived today with multiple ice packs and insulated box but was still room temperature. My chocolates I ordered were all melted and visually sad, my pizza box and hot dog boxes were torn and open, the food felt room temp so I don't feel safe eating it now. 1st and last time ordering from this company, such a great concept but horrible 1st impression!!!!! Disappointed, I wish I would have read reviews first.

"Inadequate packaging and Poor Customer Service"

I ordered over $100 in cheeses for an event, 2nd day air. They arrived with 3 melted ice packs (and no dry ice). The cheeses were all mushy and leaking lots of oil out in package. I have emailed twice and contacted a third time through website form with no response. I just left a voicemail on their unprofessional phone line (no outgoing message). Next will be a charge back through my cc company I guess. Order 20837.

Great products that I couldn't find in my local area. The shipping wasn't outrageous and everything arrived in a timely manner.

Only problem I had was the shipping took a few extra days but everything came intact well that and I did get a refund on one product that was past it's best by date. Anyhow best vegan online marketplace I have bought from.

I was so glad I found no pig neva! First of all, they are local to me. Second, they have great products. I am all about the cheese and vegan cheese is one of their specialties. They even deliver. What a great find.

I was so excited to find this company! I haven't found another one stop for so many vegan (and gluten free!) groceries. Such a great resource.

We were excited to find this company as we sell only vegan products and find them hard to get here in Hawaii. However, they advertised "free shipping over $69" and "10% off for members" but we received neither and they did not indicate that you had to pay for membership before ordering! After all that, we are rather uncomfortable with this company and are not sure we will use them again.
