Generally a great job fitting new bathroom but unfortunately there were a couple of small niggles (leaking tap and finish coming away from plug hole). Tried numerous times to contact them and got no resolution. Just got fobbed off. Disappointed. They received their money and weren’t bothered after that. We eventually gave up.

A1 cancelled a contracted job involving a gas safety test in a tenanted property without any notice, leaving the tenants angry and waiting around. I was your end customer irrespective of who was in the middle. I invited you to call me and you haven’t which is further evidence that 1 star is too generous. Furthermore, you arranged the appointment with us and should have cancelled it. You are playing a game at my expense as a customer which is poor.

Have used A1 Services for a couple of years now and always excellent service, punctual and friendly, knowledgeable engineers. We needed to replace our broken boiler and the A1 team did it in super quick time, engineer excellent and the whole process worked brilliantly. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Recommend by Mrs S Marriott for New oil boiler heating system installation, and paid for when invoices received. No sign off documentation or certificate ever received. Called and emailed many times, emails we’re not responded to, lies given over the phone. STEER CLEAR not even OFTEC REGISTERED as shows on their website. I know because I have an email from OFTEC.

My boiler suddenly decided not to deliver hot water, despite trying to contact the engineer who maintained it for several years I got no response. Contacted A1 and had an engineer on site within a couple of hours, he returned two days later with the necessary replacement parts. Within a couple of hours all working again. Excellent service, with very pleasant staff and very refreshing to find someone to help out during this difficult time (Corona virus). You've gained a new customer and I will have no difficulty recommending you to family and friends. Thank you again.

Gary arrived at 0800hrs on the first day, the quote from this comany was the most expensive out of the three quotes I received, but I am glad I made the correct choice, the standard of work carried out was very high, completely satisfied with the job and would defo recomnendcthis company for any jobs in the future

Fantastic customer service and a highly professional and very efficient repair to our boiler hot water pipe. The engineer (Lee) was a true professional and the online chat functionality ability to explain the problem and show Justin the photo made the entire process simple and highly efficient. The customer service from Dani was also excellent and I would definitely recommend the services of this great company in the future - thanks again Andy
