Been customer for over 3 years. Always was helpful but the last job working on bmw 22reg, crupted the vehicles Ecu while clearing the crash shut down. Had to order new Ecu from dealer costing me 1250£ and they won’t take responsibility and eating my time further by saying they did not cuased and insisting on it which was a clean lie.

I was a customer of osca since late 2019 iv carried out numerous jobs, and with success thanks to the technicians! iv even recommended many companies to join your service! (Never again). The last 12-18months have been appalling on the customer services side, if your face doesn't fit your really not welcome. This is a company solely there to provide a service in return to earn money not a friendship club!!.
Iv had no option but to leave due to the attitude on the customer service side, this has like I said only been in the last 12-18months, when Claudia was there I found it to be a lot more productive then it is now and a pleasure to deal with. This review is after seeing a post on Facebook saying "we value what you have to say" really?.... No one has valued my say otherwise I wouldn't of had to leave this review today!.

Had an additional spare key to program to a 2017 Cabstar vehicle all tools we have in stock failed Osca 15 mins job complete, don't use Osca that often but as a back up thumbs up
