I had recently ordered flowers for a friend who had had a very personal loss. The first company I used charged my card but never sent the flowers! I had to ask my friend if she had gotten them and she said no. I switched to this company and so far have been so pleased with the ease of the order and can only hope they are this good regarding deliveries!
