"BMW i3 Evolve Bilstein damper kit"

Just had Evolves Bilstein kit fitted to our BMW i3. I was a little sceptical but can honestly say this has transformed the ride. Far more compliant and comfortable. Feels expensive. Very helpful and knowledgeable on initial enquiry and the kit arrived within 2 days. I understand this kit was developed with Bilstein as the owner has an i3. Cannot recommend it enough.

"Nightmare from the get go"

Nightmare from the get go.
When purchasing the car was told that they had a 2nd key. Took 7 months to sort this out.

MOT ran out within two months. Then came all the problem.
Oil was like treacle. Oil filter needed changing and the mechanic said he’s never seen one as bad. Brake discs. DPF problems, shock absorber gone.
And now engine lights on with a whole range of problems. 19 in-fact. Not even had the car a year yet.
Letter sent and haven’t even bothered to reply.

Bought a BMW X3 M40i and did everything over the phone with Zac who could not have been more helpful. He made sure everything was ready on time and kept me in the loop.
The car arrived in really good time considering it was a three hour drive from Wales to myself and it is spot on. A missing dust cap aside it is exactly as I’d hoped. Highly recommend.
