"Money Grabby"
In order to perform some of the tasks in the Amazing.com Amazon course that I paid for, we were asked to be on a 3-month trial software and the only way to activate it is to add our credit card information.
This software has multiple levels, but we were FORCE to a subscription plan that was NOT our choice so that in the event we forget to cancel we get charged for that particular amount.
What I am upset about is that 1) when we signed up for the course, there is no mention about being forced on an additional software and 2) we couldn't pick what subscription and we were forced to be on the second level.
I did not complete the course, and I forgot to cancel. I kindly requested refunds multiple times stating that for OVER 2 MONTHS I HAVE NOT USED THEIR SOFTWARE OR LOGGED INTO THEIR PLATFORM. I think this forced trial and forced to be on a certain plan I did not choose and having to pay for that is just not good business practice so I would like to make a case here.
The program is for a year, and I actually think it's great. I actually liked the people and the course materials.
So nothing negative to say about that.. but this forced trial and forced plan and not refunding when I requested nicely multiple times is just money grabby for me.

"i ordered the book twice"
i ordered the book twice. firstime, i order book cash on delivery but it got cancel. then, i ordered book again and paid payment online. today is delivered date now again they do not give my order on time. i don't think this is acceptable thing. if company do not want to give the parcel on time
why they accept the order. please understand the customer need and give the order on time.

"Bait and Switch"
After joining the program, the benefits promised to me when signing up were moved behind a pay wall. After spending $5000 on the program already, this was extremely disappointing. The community originally had a ton of mentors to answer any questions that were asked. In the program, this was often encouraged. Over time, I noticed the mentors starting to disappear and my questions either being ignored or not answered for days. Now there is 1 main mentor answering all of the questions, unless I pay more money per month for a premium subscription. The program also went from weekly support calls to month. Both of these benefits are now in this new premium subscription, even though they were offered in the package I purchased. I reached out to head office to see what they could to do help, and was treated poorly. Very, very disappointed.

"BS course"
I highly doubt, if these gurus knows how to build a sustainable amazon/ ecom brand. Their tactics are so lame. I learnt way more from FB group than this bogus, ultra expensive course. They have hired lots of influencers on youtube who work on commission basis. Their course is $5000 and those influencers get $2000 as commission. You can think what kind of BS course is that. If it was $499, I would recommend you to do it. But with the price tag of $5K, never buy it. And the private group is a massive BS. You better go to FB group and ask, you get better, much faster replies.

"Not impressed anymore by these guys"
Not impressed anymore by these guys. I did ASM4 and went to various events, but I feel they have been super unreasonable about the "upgrade" to the in person event that got cancelled. I paid for a VIP ticket in 2020, and they promised this would be replaced by a virtual event and an event in person in 2023. I can't make the 2023 event and now they won't refund me anything. If I knew this would have happened, I would have NEVER paid for two VIP tickets back in 2020. Terrible way to treat a long time customer. Their customer service was really patronizing and completely inflexible. Be careful with what they "promise". They kept saying that the replacement 2023 event was a free upgrade - which is ridiculous. They basically took a whole bunch of my money which was supposed to be for an in person event and then just gave me a lame "virtual event" in place of that. I'm sorry guys, but you just lost a long term customer. Wouldn't recommend you anymore.

"Rip-off"
Rip-off, bad program, waste of time; program promises full support to achieve trainees' goals. After joining the program, the mentors advising no time to help. The program is not designed to have mentors spend time with students, only in crowds! (Mentor said: No time, not enough mentors! Sorry you have only 30 minutes for 1/1 with assigned mentor, total for the program!) Little interest from leaders to create processes to help the trainees; lots of interest and good processes to get paid themselves! Stay Away!!!

"Deceptive service in collaboration with…"
Deceptive service in collaboration with Scale with Ignite. They show A+ content on their product optimisation package but fail to deliver it at even at a cost of $1000. Poor customer service and very poor delivery

"Absolutely changed my life"
Absolutely changed my life! I took the Amazing Selling Machine course 4.5 years ago. I learned how to sell products on Amazon and a few months later I was able to quit my job of 9 years. I have looked back since. Highly recommend.
