Extremely thankful to Kent Wardrobes. Brilliant in all respects. Right from the first encounter, we found them to be very professional and forthcoming. Their CAD design service (free of charge) was brilliant and we kept on making some changes in view of the excellent ideas by their expert (NATHAN) and not once we felt that the changes were not being listened to. Their workmen were brilliant and the wardrobes look very nice after completion. All was done on time as promised. We pass our regards to the Kent Wardrobes team and workmen - especially to DAN (the fitter) for his dedication and hard work. Strongly recommended to all potential customers without any reservations.

We're very happy that we chose Kent Wardrobes for a bespoke wardrobe to fit our sloped bedroom ceiling.

Craig and his team were recommended to us by a friend and it was quick for us to see why.

From day 1, everybody we spoke to was really easy to talk to, prompt and friendly. When Craig first visited for our free survey and quote, he talked us through all kinds of ideas for the space while being mindful of our requirements and our budget and he even mocked up some 3D concepts on his laptop there and then for us to visualise which was really helpful.

A week later we visited their showroom which we would recommend - it's quite small but was really helpful for us to see the different finishes available for surfaces, trims and handles. Craig did show us a folder that was full of small samples when he came to visit for the first survey, but it was much better to see everything bigger.

Once we had decided to go ahead we were introduced to Nathan who was really accommodating with the changes we wanted to make and each time sent us digital concepts to look at until we were happy to proceed. After a few tweaks to the design and spec, we paid our deposit and our build date was booked in for only a few weeks later.

On the day of the build we met Jack and Louis who were both friendly and really easy to talk to - may seem silly to mention but it's important when you're letting strangers into your home! They were respectful of our house and laid sheets down over our carpets and hallway to keep the floors clean. They originally estimated getting it all done in 1 day but there was a slight problem with the size of some of the panels that were cut so they needed to come back the next day to finish. We weren't put off at all by this as they initially told us to allow for 2 days just in case. Anyway it wasn't a surprise given our sloped ceiling makes for a really awkward space! They didn't quibble at all and simply re-cut the necessary panels and the guys came back the next day to finish the job.

A few days later and we received the final invoice from Donna. From the first survey to the final fit, the whole project was done and dusted in under 5 weeks.

Our other options were between Sharps who ended up quoting thousands of £s more right out the gate before we had even talked about our requirements, or doing a custom IKEA job. We really wanted a better quality and longer-lasting finish than we would have gotten with IKEA, and it would have been completely on us to get the measurements and cutting right since their design team wouldn't help us because we had a sloped ceiling.

Kent Wardrobes took all of the hassle and worry away from us, and we ended up with a great result.

"Bespoke Sliding Wardrobes..."

We've just had two bespoke sliding wardrobes fitted in our new home. From the outset - when we first met Donna in their showroom, through the design phase with Nathan (when he was very tolerant of our changing our minds about internal layouts!) to the fitting which was done mainly by Dan, we've had a superb experience. And not only was the overall cost very reasonable in comparison to their competitors' quotes, we appreciated their clear and flexible pricing policy. Overall, highly recommended.

I can't recommend Kent Wardrobes highly enough. I contacted them for Alcove cupboards (as opposed to wardrobes per se) and am super happy with the finished items. The Guys who fitted the cupboards were very personable, professional and showed terrific attention to detail.

The Team at Kent Wardrobes fitted a drawer unit and cupboard in a Childs bedroom and and a full wardrobe unit with drawers, hanging and shelves in our master bedroom. This was a fiddly project in both rooms due to the age of the house, sloping ceilings, structural beams, and weird angles. There was a mistake made with measuring in the master bedroom and as a result we had to wait 2 weeks for a new unit to be built, however this was rectified at Kent Wardrobes cost, and was a really good example of the excellent customer service we had at every part of the project. We have gone on to recommend the team to friends and family and we will be back for more fitted furniture in the future. Really cannot recommend highly enough, its also so nice to support a local business over a large company.
