Extremely insulting behavior and lacking basic communication skills. Namely, if you want to apologize you don't write in a comment contact us, but you contact the person and offer an apology as loud as the insult was. Civilized people also offer something tangible to make up for - not trying to sweatalk client to remove the experience from trustpilot for nothing by explaining that everything was alright with the service provided and that client doesn't understand.

1. After the voting the rating went down drastically, instead of going up.
2. 30 votes went missing after a while... (total votes were 226 & at once they started showing 196). As rest of the votes are from my known people this cannot happen from 30 people at once.
