I just received my Bello 2 and cannot even log in to the app. I am getting an error message saying my email address does not match their records. What? I just provided my email address.. how can it not match your record?

I wish you had of indicate that there would have been customs at the delivery end. Was not thoroughly impressed that i had to add another 42.00 in custom changes uppn delivery

"Amber light issue resolved but took time"
The customer service was great. Each response would take a day which is not bad. I gave it a 4/5 because initially I tried to contact them via website, after 2-4 days of waiting I decided to manually type their email address in my gmail account. Soon after, I got a response. In other words, typing their email address in my gmail account is timely response while customer inquiry via wesbite wasn’t.
My device issue was that it wouldn’t scan. I think it was my fault for not charging it full. I think that should be in the short instructions card. Anyway, when they reached me, they advised me to stop charging it and let the battery drain which would take 4 days. I was lucky it took a day, and after charging it, I can scan again for the 4th time. They give great information and instructions through email and they always follow up.

My Bello 2 arrived over a week ago…. Bello app does not allow me to fully register ,,I have used different email addresses, including my google and apple account … nothing works!! I have seeked help from the Bello team via multiple emails …. No Resolution as of April 6 … without full registration and functional bello app the Bello2 instrument is completely useless and if not resolved within few days I want my 249 dollars back into my account
