Our boiler stopped working on 17/11/24. The fault required an Intergas boiler fitter to come and look at it. Jack arrived as advised and was able to repair the fault, he was very friendly and professional, phoning us to let us know his ETA. We couldn’t have been happier to have seen him and for him to get the boiler going again!

The first person I spoke to, Alysia, was really helpful and answered my query quickly and efficiently. When she needed to transfer the call, she explained why. Throughout the process she remained really friendly and courteous and it was a pleasure to deal with her. The engineer,Colin, was fast and efficient, was on time and explained the process in a way that was understandable.

Colin Jones was absolutely AMAZING. He fixed a problem with my boiler that had been there since it was badly installed by a heating engineer 5 years ago. It was done quickly, thoroughly and with minimal mess. He talked me through the entire process and serviced the boiler at the same time to ensure it was safe and the longevity of the boiler would be preserved. He was on time, professional, kind and considerate.
