SIA Aremso veicu pasūtījumu ar numuru 23/12-9608 par Jean Paul Gaultier La Male vīriešu smaržas 2023. gada 29. decembrī un apmaksāju 107.61 eur. Diemžēl prece nav piegādāta, un līdz šim man nav atgriezta nauda. Es vairākkārt sazinājos ar klientu apkalpošanas dienestu, taču bez rezultātiem. Šī pieredze ir bijusi ļoti negatīva, un es neiesaku šo veikalu citiem pircējiem.

There was a week after confirming payment before the product was ordered from manufacturer. That's not acceptable.

6 days since my order 23/10-9444 and not even a status change. Called them - didn't pick up, wrote them to whatsapp - ignored. Wrote them to whatsapp again - finally responded. Don't know who is behind their customer support but it is a hysterical person who 1) cannot write a single sentence correctly, level of literacy is below possible norms; 2) oh, the attitude! I told that it has been 6 days and nobody wrote me or changed status - I was told in a rude manner "it will arrive in 5-7 work days, what else do you want???". Such a childish, incompetent attitude. And don't forget that everything was written with spelling errors in each word. I asked what is with their attitude and got even more rudeness and sass towards me. Eventually I asked to cancel and they threw the cancellation at me like a Karen from the worst woke thing you can imagine 😂 It was funny, but I really hope they will return the money as their company is not just shady, but suuuuperrr bad. Plus they are very aggressive in anything you tell them, I will write a review here and they are going to lose it again.
P.S. to the person from the support who told me that - "great a f... teacher!" You shouldn't have deleted your whatsapp messages it was so funny!
