This company is fraud as I bought a range cooker from them last October and I received it packed well and I installed it last weekend as just my extension became ready for installation and we took all the packages out and starting to put it in its place when suddenly the oven door front glass exploded and glasses went over everywhere. So I tried to call them their number is a mobile number which a big question mark as this not a proper company. Secondly the phone didn’t ring. So I tried through their website which again through email and they replied back they dont cover it under the warranty which clearly a faulty product so I emailed them the whole story, but since then I haven’t heard back from them although I sent them another 3emails. So now I am starting contacting the trading standard agency to get involved. So by any means don’t even waste a penny with their Turkish products.

"Absolutely terrible company"
Absolutely terrible company. I never write a bad review because I always want to explore every opportunity to give the company a chance to rectify any problems but in this case, I felt compelled to.
Purchased a range cooker in September 23. When it arrived and the feet put on, it looked damaged but being in desperate need of a cooker, I had it installed. It worked well up until January 24 when the oven temperature switch had blown. When I contacted ferre, they said that I needed to take a photo of the serial number located on the back of the oven. This is a range cooker which had been built into the space so, along with 3 big lads, the oven was moved out of the tight space carefully. Doing so, the oven door front glass smashed on the oven which must have been caused by it being lifted up over the wooden floor which had been post-oven installation. Upon moving the oven, the serial number was not on the back of the oven but inside the oven door and so was given wrong advice about the oven having to be moved, which would not have caused the glass to smash. I contacted ferre who said thay they didn't actually need the serial number anyway and that the broken glass door was my problem. After some back and forth about this, I agreed to pay the 49.99 for a new piece of glass from them because at this point we were in April and I have 3 children in the house with no working oven for 4 months. They sent all the parts, including the new door and an engineer from an outsourced electrical firm were sent out to fix. When enquiring with the engineer, he was not even an electrician but had the oven totally to bits, messing with the electrics but tbh, at this stage I just wanted the oven working. He fitted the switch and the new glass, switched it on and whilst he didn't get it up to temperature, it was working and so I thought 'happy days'. The day after, I prepared our first roasting joint in 6 months, in my brand new oven which had not worked for longer than it had worked. With pork joint happily crisping away, I got on with preparing the veggies. With my back turned to the oven I heard an almighty bang and upon inspecting, it was clear that the inner glass of the door had exploded, with glass showering the beautiful looking piece of pork. Being very annoyed, I sent a number of emails to ferre about now replacing this oven because I had had so many different problems with it, and it clearly not being fit for purpose. They have now ignored my communications. This is a less then 12 month old, brand new, grade A rated oven which as stated, I have now been without for longer than I have been with. I would absolutely avoid like the plague.

Bought range cooker took 6 days to come. On installing 2 burners don’t stay on and the oven or grill won’t even light. Tried every method of communication phone calls WhatsApp messenger email they don’t answer. After threatening to take legal action eventually agreed a return. This also was a nightmare and have now escalated a pay pal case as they had the money back and I’ve not had a refund. Total scam company, awful ovens even worse customer service. Avoid like the Black Death

Ferre range cooker came in November 2023, looked amazing but grill wouldn't work. Tried calling and calling, emailed tried online chat nothing! Ended up getting someone to come out ourselves. Now the oven has stopped working this time someone eventually answered from their mobile number listed on their website. To tell us to WhatsApp a video of the problem and they will send an engineer. We sent a video they haven't even looked at the message! Tried calling and calling but now no one will answer. Tried their web chat still no reply! Stay clear!

They will sell you a used product then when you ask for a refund they won’t give that to you until they have checked it over? So they don’t send out used products, but yet I’m here having to make sure I package this rubbish back up in immaculate condition, why’s that? Because you’re reselling used products? Covered in scratches, rattling inside as something is broken, covered in dust and the customer service was one the worst I ever had to deal with, and I still haven’t got a refund! Instead of being decent and swapping this with a new one on pick up they have not done anything to help, having to take days off work to sort
Their mess out and they treat you as if you haven’t just spent money with them, don’t waste your time

"Very bad performance"
Very bad performance. I bought 2 months ago and it has problem not lighting up in the morning hours. More importantly we are complaining to the supplier about it but even after more than two weeks and dozens of phone calls it has zero response. Not sure in other countries but Nepal it is the last choice for cooking stoves.
I request for action over the local supplier for their cheating behavior.
