"Sad & Traumatic experience"
At 11am, Our van broke down in the middle of the highway, leaving us stuck without food, water or toilet, with 2 seniors and 3 children in our group. By 330pm we were getting restless that no help has arrived.
Thankfully, we were able to contact a roadside assistance company (Ravenscroft). The kindhearted gentleman named Simon moved us to a safe place in Winchester station where we were able to get some food and water.
Travel Swift's 2nd van finally arrived at 530pm to pick us up and take us back to London.
Not only did we miss our trips to Bath & Windsor, but our whole day was wasted, leaving all of us shaken and distressed by the end of the day.
We asked for a refund for the trip or compensation for our Bath & Windsor tickets, but we were told that the company is not liable for vehicle breakdowns.

We were assigned an inexperienced driver, our van broke down on the highway, and we kept being told that another van is coming in the next hour or so but it wasn't true. We ended up waiting for ~6 hours. They called for a tow truck but we had to call for help to take us out of the highway on our own. We spent GBP 250 to have a company bring our family of 11 to a nearby train station where the replacement van picked us up in the end. Our entire day was wasted.
Update after response from company:
Of course, we understand that vehicle break downs happen and sometimes cannot be prevented. But did your driver report that it was he who burnt the clutch of the van? You claim that you "ALWAYS" prefer clients over money, but when we had been waiting at the roadside for hours and starting to feel anxious and thus kept asking for updates, your agent threatened to cancel the replacement car and told us to just book an Uber ourselves. No Uber driver would have picked us up from that area. Is this how you care for clients? You had called for a tow truck to take the van, which arrived way before the replacement van. Lucky for us that the tow truck didn't leave without ensuring we were safe and out of the road (which we booked ourselves, by the way). Lastly, you tried to take down my review twice, first by reporting that I had written something illegal, and a second time by claiming that I had reviewed the wrong company. You apologized only after both actions failed. An honest company would not have done that.
While it is true that the first and last trips were ok, but the way the vehicle breakdown incident was handled and the way we were treated during that time compelled me to write this review. After all, you did say that vehicle breakdowns can happen and is beyond your control. Who's to say that this experience we had will not happen again to others?

"First time travelling with Travel Swift "
I was a little skeptical at first as this was my first booking with this company. All communications was done electronically but I was soon reassured by the prompt responses from the sales representative.
My booking was for a group of 14 travelling from London to Birmingham to attend a family funeral.
The minibus was clean and spacious and our driver was polite, helpful and professional.
I would definitely use this company again.
