wow, Does this make a huge and awesome difference. Before I was really Struggling to grasp what it even was. But I was just a baby beginner. So for me Im a little more, I guess learning challenged than others. I like to think Im intelligent though. were all on different learning levels.
Love the Step by Step and then stop and chat w/ Rafael who is kind, patient thorough and knows his stuff. after making sure I got it. he unlocks the next. "Rinse and repeat."
Thank you Misha and the team for taking the care and time to include everyone on this deserving new journey. If I can do it, so can you.

"The Good, Bad, and The UglyPresentation was easy to follow and…"

Presentation was easy to follow and understand, on that I would say excellent. Misha makes and keeps it interesting.
But when directed to go back to your Coach, the repeat of instruction and added links can become confusing and hard to follow.
And the dollar amounts needed for the program should be discussed up front. To say people were homeless on the edge of bankruptcy and this program saved them is a contradiction, because homeless and edge of bankruptcy you wouldn’t have the thousands, ask for in the presentation. And in my early notes I jotted down the words Free, Free, Free ! Just like that, so I know I heard it, that should be removed.
Also some people like myself have jobs, appointments, families and a life. The training and request from coaches come across as demanding, and don’t take into consideration that the customer may have other appointments, responsibilities, and or obligations.
And for the thousands I have invested, the credit cards I have maxed out, financial aid I have requested, and personal banking information I have given, I would like to receive some confirmation that everything is good and we are making progress, rather than giving all my personal banking info and the next morning wake up to nothing except an email on how do I rate you. So far I can say I am thousands in debt and all my personal banking information is out there and I have nothing but a disclaimer saying nothing is guaranteed. Not a good feeling for a customer that has gone as far, but took the risk and gamble to improve their quality of life.
So from a customers point of view some changes could be made to reassure the customer, when they have invested and released so much personal information.
I have been in touch with some really great people. And I have enjoyed the experience so far, but I am beginning to worry about my investment to this point with nothing to show and I will use a term I have heard the younger generation use, make the investment and debt that I have only to be just short of “ghosted” that isn’t good and creates much worry and anxiety .
