Good communication, but unfortunately that is about it.

Told me 1 item of what I had ordered was currently out of stock and would be delivered by the end of the week at latest. The week after I had to chase. I stayed home numerous days to not miss deliveries. They said they would post out the other items but miscommunication meant they hadn't amd nobody had called whilst someone was away. They were then also out of stock so ended up waiting again. Couriers then lost the item for a few days. They posted out replacements and then the original ones arrived. I asked them to cancel the others and they confirmed they had been. They then arrived so stuck with some 3m tubing I don't need. Although this wasn't their fault, the rest was pretty poor. After asking for a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience it was a flat out defensive no.

A brief telephone conversation explained everything I needed to know. The terms and conditions/delivery were a bit traumatic and fortunately everything went well.
Installed the twinlock hanging rails and it was so easy. Ordering some more as they look so good.
I wood recommend this firm very highly.
