Have tried to discuss a claim, but the Claims Dept hasn't returned my calls. Have contacted them twice.

Sales pitch was good. My first experience with extended warranties. Phil Turner was patient and convincing. Hopefully I will not have trouble with my car but if I do the real test will be when I give you a call and need repair. Don’t disappoint me.

Its a fake company and all these other reviews are fake, just look at the dates they were all made. I tried to deal with them and it was nothing but shady agreements, a rude pushy sales guy, who also happens to be the only person that works at "the company". Its a scam to get your money. Call your bank and dispute the charge. ITS FAKE! This site is the only site that has any reviews about Carzego and they are all fake. They sound like the same person wrote them and they have all been written within the last 2 weeks.

Sales guy, Phil Turner< likely not his real name, pressures you into signing up right then, cant see the contract before you pay, no thinking it over, no signatures on the agreement, agreement exclusions basically say they can deny any claim for any reason. Its not a legal agreement and even if it was, they aren't liable if they don't want to pay. RUN AWAY!!!!

So happy! I purchased a policy, my car was over heating I was so scared to continue driving... I called carzego right away and spoke with a customer rep. They had a tow truck take my car to the repair shop. I had an important meeting to go to and they got me a rental car. Thanks guys! Will definitely refer friends and family.
