"LOVED the string of turtles I ordered"

LOVED the string of turtles I ordered! Good condition! But unfortunately the sticker on the bos that shows which way is up, was upside down! So the plant had been traveling upside down all the time... Just a small mistake, but it meant that a lot of the fragile little leaves had fallen off... It still looks okay and as a dedicated plant mother I am sure she will be fine!

"Some poor quality plants, some okay"

2 of the 5 plants i ordered arrived dry and crispy and on deaths door - and died within 3 days of receiving them. 2 of the 5 arrived healthy and are doing okay. 1 plant is currently suriving but didn't arrive in good condition. I have asked for a refund on one of the plants (should have been 2 of them) and am still awaiting the refund which I asked for 2 weeks ago (could be due to PayPal though).
Wouldn't buy from them again as plants are poor quality but customer service team are very pleasant to deal with and fast to respond. Hence the 3 stars and not 2.
