Right from start to finish David Gilbert Jewellery has been an excellent service. My fiancé had an idea of what kind of engagement ring she wanted. After describing the style of ring to Mr Gilbert, the perfect ring was created. My fiancé loved the ring, and is very pleased with the fit, the design, the stones, and the overall quality.
Originally I was very stressed about finding and having a ring created for the time schedule I had, however David changed this totally, David ensured the ring was all created and ready for pick up a week before the deadline. Marvellous! Not only are we happy with the service Mr Gilbert provided us throughout the process, we are also very grateful and extremely happy with the aftercare service of the ring.
