As other reviewers have reported, this firm came up when I was googling my own insurance firm after an accident. I felt duped and hijacked by this firm believing them to be who I had tried to reach. They referred me on to another firm after taking all my details including asking me to set up a new password.
Still the making this was a legit process I answered their q's, until they announced they were not my insurance company, all worded cleverly & quickly so couldn't get a word in & when I interrupted to ask them they got rude and spoke over me so hung up.
Since then repeated calls, texts and even a threatening letter saying costs are payable after I made it clear I was not happy and they had agreed to cancel my "claim".

After having an accident I called Simple Legal Solutions after clicking on them on a google search for my insurance - this turned out to be the best mistake I’ve ever made. The young lady who dealt with my claim was friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the entire claim and another sent me to a lawyer for my injuries which was nice of them. Not paying my excess was another good thing. If I have another accident I won’t hesitate to use this company. 5 stars

Scammers that work with companies who have no proven track record. After you are in an accident they prey upon the stressful situation.

Sent myself and my partner from person to person until we didn't know who we were talking to. They wanted our national insurance numbers.
I was swore at by someone who worked there.

Took advantage of confusion over claims service immediately after a road accident when I was injured and shocked. Created a whole host of problems with my car insurance company by in insisting that they held onto the claim despite not having valid consent. Arranged for my damaged car to be removed to a storage company who refused to cooperate with my insurers and refused to release my vehicle to the repair garage for almost two weeks with storage charges accumulating day by day. Vaguely threatening phone calls saying that I should use their service or I would be liable for costs. Very poor customer service, kept on hold for 20-30 minutes, then answered by call handler with no apparent knowledge of motor claims
