Great customer service! Even though there are many departments, they respond quickly and get you connected with the correct person who can walk you through the issue. The app is great, the fees are reasonable, and the educational modules on youtube are an added plus. I am glad I chose this company for my self-directed IRA.

This is a great company with a great flat rate for crypto Roth’s. I thought that iTrust was the only real option, but this has been a better offer in regards to fees. I talked often with their staff in the transfer process and they were always super helpful. Very pleased even when things weren’t as smooth with my spouse’s transfer they worked hard to get it through.

Calls for customer service never answered, just voice mail. Sometimes no return call and when call is returned it is rarely within one business day. Issues rarely resolved, often passed around to folks who end up passing me back to original person. Its too bad, the first 6 months of my account at IRA were pretty good, phones answered by personal rep familiar with my account. Now you seem to have traded high volume for goo customer service.
