We had some problems making our reservation online, but we were contact by phone to solve every question. It was a shared tour and we loved it. We spent some time in a bus on our way to Phillip island. Once there, we visited a farm, watched wallabies and koalas, we had lunch and after that we went to the main attraction: the penguin parade. It was a lovely experience.
