Hello to all

This is a terrible company who left us high and dry, and here goes the story

Not impressed with you guys, you left me waiting at the airport for 45 minutes after a 10 hr flight

I arrived and called once we got our bags lady on phone said you are late! No we are on time.

She stated go to area 1 and driver will be 15 minutes

I now find out that area one is not even at same terminal five at nyc and I have to get a bus to this area!

This was not made clear on our booking

Lady in the phone was rude, terrible and made me feel really uncomfortable

Driver found us eventually after two further calls and here’s where it gets worse

The driver was less than professional and I felt his demona was very rude saying comments like take your rubbish back to the uk?

New York is a terrible place to visit! Why are u coming here?

Watch out in ny as you might get shot the city has gone down hill, some very upsetting comments

The whole experience from end to end was far from perfect and I felt unwanted as a customer

I was looking for a return of my monies due the severe lack of service but this did not happen or any e mail correspondence

please avoid these guys as totally not what you want after a flight

Pick up and drop off were great.
However, when I called to set up the ride, I was advised to pick a 9:30 am time slot even though I was due to land at 9am.
We got stuck at baggage claim for almost an hour and we got charged for making the limo driver wait. I wish I had known that we would be charged for something out of our control. Otherwise it was a good experience overall.

Overall wonderful experience! The driver texted me in advance and was there for pickup on time. Helped us with our luggage and had a very smooth and safe ride to our destination.
