"Life changing!"

I have been with Kensington/ Belmont for 3 years. I really found out how fantastic they were when I encountered a problem, I always think you can see how good a company is by the way they respond to issues that you may have and this is a company that takes customer satisfaction very seriously indeed. They managed my plan and were always there for help and support especially when creditors were being less than helpful, I went from not sleeping to sleeping peacefully. Recently Belmont have helped us settle our debts by offering creditors settlements and they provided a first class service, this has enabled our family to go into the future with no worries. To those saying they have experienced problems with this companies service I recommend that you speak with them because our service has always been beyond 5* and we were customers just like any other.

"There was no communication relating to merger with debt rescue."

It took a while for their package to arrive and I had to complete another application form, as had to start over again with new people, having been with debt rescue for seven years.

I do find them not as friendly or efficient as debt rescue. Whereas debt rescue sent monthly statements as to how much I pay out each month to my creditors, nothing is received from Belmont.

I hope they improve.

"they are to the point."

In my short time with Belmont that they are very clear on giving over information and honest about the reality of what can be done. I have found when having a problem with one of the repayment organisations that they where able to support and guide me through sorting the problem in a short amount of time.

I have found that their service is not only friendly but also focused on reassuring that the hole is not to deep and that show the path to getting out of the hole.

"Good company but too many pestering phone calls after."

The company is good to deal with and efficiant with friendly staff, however since i have joined them the after call's on the phone have been too many to say, at home and on my mobile.
I don't speak to the same person twice and have asked them to leave me alone let me pay what i need to pay to them,and leave me alone.
i have had to do this quite a few times now, and the message seems to be working,other than that they have helped me.

"Issues from the start"

I was moved from DebtRescue to Belmont due to DebtRescue not being able to service their clients with new regulations being put in place. After being with DebtRescue for so long without any problems I have been shocked at the amount of times that I have been badgered by Belmont. I told them my situation and on the first discussion said that I wasn't interested in an IVA, but despite this I received 4 further calls from them about it. Also there was an error in taking payments, and this hasn't been sorted yet.

It is such a shame that DebtRescue are no long able to maintain their clients, because they were a pleasure to deal with and friendly people... Belmont seem to be the opposite. Maybe this is the way that all debt management companies are, perhaps I have been spoiled with being with such a good company for so long, but I am really not happy with Belmont and their way of working.
