Benchdog Tools have got to be the best company I’ve dealt with in years !!! I’ve bought their MFT3 top along with hinge and various other dogs etc. The quality of it all is superb with next day delivery. Ralph and Hannah were both patient and extremely helpful with all my questions. Will no doubt be back for more!!!

"Most precise tools and great shopping experience "

I ordered the quad hinge system and the fence system to Germany. Benchdogs has the most valuable and precise tools I used so far. The order and delivery process was like a breath and even the delivery to Germany only takes 4 weekdays. I ordered at 7 am on thursday. The delivery happens tuesday. Great Job !

"Quality product, Excellent service"

I have purchased several sets of Benchdog Tools' MFT dogs including Quad Dogs and their rail posts. The engineering of these is always excellent, and packaging and dispatch times better than many online providers. I will continue to build my Benchdog Tools collection of products as I progress.

After purchasing quite a few products from Ralph and his team, I thought it only fair to leave a review. If you appreciate top quality and well designed products, Benchdogs Uk has it all. Each item is engineering at its best, the service is fantastic and the items are received well packaged.
Let’s face it, you get what you pay for! This is simply engineering and innovation at its best.

Great products and service was excellent. Good communications during the order and delivery process, and the goods were packaged well.

I am having a small issue with calibration of the fence, unfortunately the flip stops seem to have some deflection, but it's manageable.

"Ok tool"

Ok tool, terrible systainer insert. Rail Square not held in place when lid closed and no space for the small parts, also can’t keep the flag stops assembled for storage. Worse than that, the company are terrible to deal with, rude and arrogant. The tool itself has a rather cheap feeling clasp. Every time I use it I’m annoyed at the terrible storage and reminded of the unpleasantness of Ralph. I had my eye on some parallel guides but I’ll get them from someone else.


Edit: The parts can’t be stored on the extrusion only some of them, the rail square isn’t held in place, the insert is rubbish. I fedback on the insert and the respond came across as it’s not rubbish, we are great, you’re using it wrong, return it if you want. It is rubbish, own it.
