This is the second time in 20 years that I have sold a property without using an agent and I much prefer to be in control of my sale myself.

I paid $149 which gave me access to an online portal to make my own rental ad which was easy enough. However the ad received very little exposure on the major sites. You must sign up for an additional package to get your ad to show up high in the search. I wasn't prepared to spend any more so I ended up renting my place through gumtree for free.
