Although Minus the Agent was a very easy site to set up my rental property, they fell down by not passing on any of the enquiries, I wasn't getting any response from my adverts so decided to send a test enquiry from my partners email address to both Domain and realestate.com my partner received an email back saying that the owner (me) would be In touch, I received none of these enquiries so wondered how many others I was missing out on. I complained to Minus the Agent who then passed on the enquiries to me, reckoning they had already been sent. I tried another test a few days later and the same thing nothing passed on to me. Minus the Agent were sending me emails about spending more money with them to bump up my advert (what a joke) so I was receiving any emails they sent me so I knew they weren't going to spam. I complained again and got told it was Domain or realestate.com fault not theirs for not passing on enquires, great, I paid Minus the Agent not Domain or Realestate.com . I have rented my property privately with no help from Minus the Agent, it was a total waste of money. I would never recommend them and very disappointed with the service.
