It's creamy Lancashire cheese! What's not to love? Except for my husband who doesn't have cheese. Good all more for me. I am from Darwen originally and from childhood this was the cheese of choice at home. The aroma is almost gentle and when you cut it the body is firm but not resistant. On toast it's an even creamy melt, whilst on its own it is a meal in waiting😚
