Great service! Shed delivered today by Steve M, who was so helpful in taking the shed to the very bottom of our long garden for us. Steve also spotted a damaged door, but was instantly resolved by customer services who are sending a replacement. Yet to build the shed but as far as delivery and customer service go, absolutely spot on!

We ordered our shed a while ago and specified the delivery date. It came exactly on the right day and on time. Steve arrived on time and was very friendly. The shed was being built right at the bottom of the garden so Steve carried all the components to the site without any complaints and laid out everything nicely ready for construction. The shed looks great and is good quality for the price. Would definitely recommend and I hope I win the Firence Arbour worth £1045.99 by writing this review!

Apart from the items I ordered, which are excellent quality, my favourite thing about Forest is their attention to communication and letting me know exactly when delivery will take place. Andy, the driver, was excellent and delivered where I wanted the items. Well recommended.
