Today unexpectedly Rosie's last cut didn't last as long .
I phoned up and got an appoint when I wanted and she did more than I expected .Rosie's ears were matted and claws grown more than usual .
I got Rosie back and I'm so happy because things I didn't know were a problem .Katie sussed it out and Rosie so much more comfortable .
