"Don't waste your time!"

Useless! They claim to sell your home in 30 days or less. They also claim to have pre-vetted investors which are able to buy your property fast?!

My 5-year-old home is in a popular location and has been with them for almost 30 days and has only had two viewings in four weeks. The first being a waste of time and the second having pretty much a useless excuse like the original 'The dog ate my homework' it was that lame.

They now claim it has no interest and no investors are interested in the property. The staff are pretty much useless, they don't reply to emails and when they do it's a rude reply or waste of time in sending a reply in the first place. I've been promised phone calls which haven't happened, I'm now looking to sell my property the traditional way where I know it will sell! I've had two lots of tenants in my house in 5 years and it was bearly on the market for a week, yet it can't sell in 30 days with 'sold.co.uk'.

Also, they've had reviews on here (Trustpilot) which have magically disappeared. Be careful, you've been warned.
