It was my big birthday and I had a party for 20 people. Darryl was very patient and answered all my queries. On the day everything run smoothly. Chef Bonito was very professional and efficient. The food was good and everything was cleaned and organised. The 2 members of staff that came to help were very hands on and friendly. I really enjoyed and will definitely recommend the services and hope to have the team back again for another event in my house.Thank you for make my birthday especial.

I booked a dinner for 2 as a Christmas present for my boyfriend, and it really exceeded the expectations! I got to choose the menu according to our preferences and the whole booking process was really smooth. The food was delicious and our Chef Petko was very friendly and professional. I was a bit worried before the whole thing started because I’d never tried anything like that before. But it turned out to be fantastic!
Here’s a small tip: print out the recipes, read them carefully beforehand and put them in front of you while cooking. That helped a lot :)

The whole evening was fantastic! Darryl was a fantastic host, keeping the perfect balance between chatting to us and keeping us entertained, whilst carefully explaining what to do so you never felt lost off, or that you couldn't ask questions. Would definitely recommend as an activity!

The meal was great - not to complicated but still a dish most people wouldn't have cooked before. Daryll was a great host, entertaining and took his time - didn't feel like we were in a rush at all, he was happy to hang around at the end of the class to answer any questions or wait till people were finished completely. Would recommend for any event - corporate or with friends/family

"Delicious food, easy to make and Daryl was excellent."

We did this as a team building evening during lockdown and I have to say juggling 15 people over teams while cooking actually went so much better than I thought. We cooked risotto and chocolate cake, both were delicious and are going to become regular dishes in our household now. Both were mostly using ingredients that I already had, the last few ingredients were easy and cheap to buy. Darryl was very patient and didn't mind repeating him self over and over again when people were behind or had missed a step. This was a thoroughly enjoyable evening and I would jump at the chance to do it again if I had the chance.

I have cooked with Chef's Compliments/Darryl twice now and will happily do it again! The ingredients are very diverse in spices & flavours and the end result is incredibly tasty! Darryl is great fun to cook with and adjusts his pace so everyone can keep up! You won't regret a session with Darryl, his energy, excitement and expertise make it really enjoyable and educational!
