We received our home insurance renewal and knew we had to shop around as we felt we hadn’t got the right cover in place for our home. We had heard of RBIG through local business friends but thought they only did commercial insurance. However we were told they have a whole department that specialise in high net worth home insurance so we gave them a try.

We dealt with a lady called Sue and explained that we didn’t have enough cover in place with our current policy and we felt under insured. Like a lot of people we just renewed year after year and weren’t quite sure of what is covered or not. After speaking with Sue she talked us through all the levels of cover and explained in detail what we need to make sure was insured.

Within a few hours Sue came back with a range of quotes, all of which had everything we wanted to insure and we went ahead with the policy.

We are now fully insured and have to say the service was excellent and very personal.
