"Company have sent a dodgy subcontracted…"

Company have sent a dodgy subcontracted staff to clean my carpet. Issued a receipt with different company name. Booked to remove odour from the carpet. Cleaner has advised just to apply disinfectant and insisted not to do steam cleaning as carpet was visually clean. No effect on the carpet, no follow up from the company.

My carpet was very dirty as I hadn't had it cleaned in awhile. The cleaning team did a fantastic job. My carpet looks like new again and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
