Just want to say I was really nervous but when we went through the consultation the lady I'm sorry I can't remember her name was very helpful. She went through everything and answered all my questions. Dr. Ghannam and the doctor that assisted him was amazing too. Not only did they ensure my baby was okay during the procedure but they made sure I was okay too. After the procedure Dr. Ghannam allowed me to have extra time in the waiting room so I can feed my baby which I really appreciated. Dr. Ghannam went through all the after care and the daily messages meant a lot. I didn't feel like I was alone and I knew if there was any issues I could message or call Dr. Ghannam. I have already recommended Dr. Ghannam to family and friends. Thank you so much.

We recently circumcised our newborn son at this clinic and I wanted to wait to see how my son recovered before giving my honest review. Naturally I felt really nervous , however upon entry the doctor immediately made us feel comfortable and confident in the procedure. The staff were polite and forthcoming. He addressed any questions + concerns we had and did not rush this process at all , ensuring we understood everything and how to best care for him post op. We were particularly impressed with the level of professionalism , cleanliness of the place & aftercare provided. Something I was extremely grateful for as I’ve heard horror stories about other places in birmingham and the lack of hygiene / aftercare. Dr Ghannam followed up every single day & with detailed information and again this was reassuring for us as first time parents that we were on the right track. We even had to make an urgent call one evening & the fact that he is contactable at all hours is just a luxury. I would highly recommend this place & would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you once again for providing us with the best care.
