Exactly the product I needed, at a very competitive price. The only issue I had was a confusing process of Firewalls4Now and the vendor supplying the license, which resulted in various status updates from a warehouse (which in itself is confusing, as a license is not a physical item). The license was eventually fulfilled without any further status update from the warehouse, but by appearing suddenly in the license portal. Despite this confusion, I would still definitely buy again from Firewalls4Now.

EDIT: the pro-activeness of the reply by Paul and the honesty is good to see, as it suggests the business is keen to listen to customers and improve systems & services where necessary. For this reason, I will uprate this review as it is rare to see such responsiveness. Keep up the good work, and work the kinks out of the process and notifications (e.g. shipping charges on a virtual license?).

Great site, but no product reviews. Return policy is unopened products only, unless faulty . TP-Link also do not refund. Avoid AC750 WIFI, not fit for purpose. Bad products are not faulty.
