I instructed NightFox to recover debts from PPI customers that did not pay us, as a PPI company we found getting our commissions from customers after working tirelessly to get them paid, was becoming stressful and frustrating.
More than happy with the outcome so far, with at least 90% of them collected so far, we are now sending further work following the outstanding work this far.

My Company was let down over a payment of £48000.00 + Vat over Christmas, reason provided was “we have not been paid and therefore cannot pay up” having seen the company Facebook which showed their staff attend Kempton Park Races on Boxing Day, I could smell a 🐀 and boy was I Reet, I approached the main contractor and asked why they had not paid xxxxx xxxxxxxx, the contractor confirmed that all monies had been paid on the 18th December and what we had been told was nonsense, I decided It was then as much about principle as it was about collecting the money and decided to put into google “big bad debt collectors” I came across nightfox, I sent an enquiry in through their website, I was called by “Phillip” who advised me that he needed to come and meet me at my premises to verify who I was and more importantly verify I had a Debt that was legally Enforceable, I provided Phillip all documents and an overview, he did his checks and decided my case was straightforward, he even said he would have his team of debt collectors on the doorstep of the Debtor the next morning, Phillip advised not to harass the office and let them do their thing, well their “thing” has now resulted in not only my full debt being collected but Phillip also reclaimed all charges and late payment charges meaning my debtor got fully punished for not paying on time, to all the team at Nightfox you guys really are the dogs dangly bits and I and my family are deeply grateful for collecting my debt and not doing something that I probably would have regretted by taking matters into my own hands with my debtor.

I run a small bussiness and was perhaps a little too trusting regarding payments resulting in a couple of clients not paying.
I tried all the usual methods of recovery which were tiresome and pointless and that's where Nightfox stepped in. My due debt was recovered within 7 days thanks to them with no hassle to myself. Had a call earlier from my debtor asking me to ‘Call the dogs off’ and they would pay.

They paid Nightfox when they made it clear it wasn’t my problem and it was now theirs.
