Really high quality service from this company. I ordered two 3 metre lengths of steel hydraulic tubing. The order was confirmed by an email from the company and arrived promptly (within 2 weeks), beautifully packed along a wooden batten to protect the steel. The order was delivered free by courier as standard. I honestly couldn't have asked for better service and I will definitely buy from Signet again.

The price was comparable with other suppliers, but the item could be delivered in 3 days so I ordered.
No communication till after the delivery date had been and gone. My item arrived nearly 2 weeks later. No explanation, just the odd email stating that my item was being processed.
