"Best value, no problems"
Knowing I wanted to go to the Beckett trilogy, and that it's sold out before, I thought I'd better book. So I did my usual thing of trawling the internet for the best price, and UK Theatre Tickets just won out, with a combination of low ticket price and low booking fee. I had a couple of email confirmations, and my ticket was waiting for me when I got there. Good seat, terrific show! I'll generally go for the best price, but would have no problems using this company again.

"Lovely experience."
In early January 2014 I purchased 2 tickets online via UK Theatre Tickets. The booking/buying process was easy & efficient. My wife & I sat in the best seats for the reduced price paid per ticket. The show was "The Bodyguard" at the Adelphi Theatre in the Strand in London for the matinee on 15/01/2014 . It was the best show experience we have had! The lead singers/actors/actresses were brilliant & the dancers were at the top of their performance standards. It was a brilliant, engaging & fast-paced show with lots of colour, some humour & overall good entertainment. Well done all!

"Booking process unreliable and inconsistent"
I took the time and effort to choose the right times and dates for six of us to see the show and the Arts theatre. Having confirmed times an dates with everyone and selecting the so called "best seats in the house" I made full payment and then arranged travel arrangements. Only to be emailed the following day to be advised that it wasn't possible to sit us all together. I now have to suffer the significant inconvenience of attending a show with close friends sat in separate places. Perhaps ensuring the booking system was actually linked to seat availability would be a more viable approach rather than waiting until payment is made and then disappointing six customers through incompetence. Very unsatisfactory!!

"Booking cancelled 10 days before the show"
I bougth 2 tickets for the Mamma Mia musical at Novello Theatre last week, as a Christmas present for my husband as we are travelling to London between the 2nd and the 6th. this morning (24 Dec) They have sent me an email saying it was cancelled due to a computer problem when I booked them.
Now, I don't have Christmas present for him, and our stay in London will be completely different :(

"Easy booking and great deals for top price tickets."
Really easy booking process and good selection of productions. Was great to find top price ticket deals even over the festive period. I could not find any deals anywhere else. Emailed the company and also got a fast reply. Looking forward to going-I haven't been given seat allocation yet but have been assured that we will have a good view. Thank you for great service so far. It is a surprise for my husband and a first time trip to the theatre for my brother so hoping the seats will be good.

"Easy to use"
Booked tickets as a last minute idea and collected from box office. No problems, couldn't find same any cheaper, tickets ready and waiting at theatre.

"Poor and disappointing customer service"
Having bought tickets from uktheatretickets, I was later informed that better tickets for the show had just been discounted by 45%, making them cheaper than those that I had paid for. I emailed customer service and asked to be upgraded, but they refused to consider it, claiming that the tickets were already dispatched.
I won't use this company again because they show no consideration for the customer whatsoever!

I only bought the tickets a few days before so collected them at the box office. Everything went well, the tickets were excellent value, the seats were good and the performance was wonderful.

"Tickets did not turn up at box office"
Website was slick and worked well, but tickets were not at the box office when I went to collect them. Was delayed while theatre staff decided what to do, and they were about to turn me away. Senior manager had to be called before I was allowed in, but had missed part of the show.
