The assistant and the lab person who drew my blood were wonderful. Personable and kind. I was in and out without delay. The lab was a little hard to find, but that's a minor thing.

High tech efficiency, easy and convent. Staff needs to be more in tune with cash walk in customers and not assume there is a Doctor's order for the sought testing.

Walk-in Lab was so easy to use. I used the service three times last week and it was very simple, very reliable, and a smart way to order blood work without having to see a doctor.

One minor recommendation... the labs listed in the website are not always open and do not do all tests. I recommend calling the lab before you go to make sure they run your tests and are open.

GREAT SERVICE. I HAD MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND ONLY HAD TO WAIT A FEW MINUTES BEFORE BEING CALLED BACK TO HAVE MY BLOOD DRAWN. EVERY ONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WAS IN AND OUT IN NO TIME AT ALL.

They were very prompt and the instructions were very easy to read and follow. Very nice on the phone when I ordered my lab kit. I will definitely use them again if I need another type test ran.
