Overall, my trip went as planned. We had a great time in Africa and all of our scheduled events went through without a hitch. We experienced professionalism through out our excursions and the hotels we booked were extremely comfortable.

Joy was absolutely wonderful. I just had my first mommy-daughter trip to Jamaica. All we had to do was show up and everything else was done for us. Joy thought of everything for us all I needed was to tell her the destination. I love the care package she sent us prior to our departure. I don't know many travel agents, but I do apprecaite the thought and phone calls she make to ensure that we have a wonderful trip.

"Birthday in Dubai"

Where to start! From the very first call I had with Joy I knew she would take very good care of our group. After months of planning a trip to one destination we had to change locations, and Joy handled everything well. She is so professional, very organized, great communication, and really knows this business. You can tell that travel is her joy and she loves see others experience the world. My 30th birthday to Dubai was exceptionally and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent! Can’t wait till my next trip with Joy planning it.

This trip to Dubai will be one to remember for a long time, there wasn't one day that we didn't enjoy Joy is one of the best "TA" (travel agent) out there today. While entering Dubai she connected us with one of her trusted friends who did an amazing job of showing us all that Dubai had to offer with this being a group of 12, he did an amazing job everything we did was well planned and well-executed Dubai has so much to offer that I don't think
we saw it all but for the things that we did from old and new Dubai tours to being in the world fastest elevator inside the Burj Khalifa to hanging out at the beach to cursing on a yacht, it was the best if your looking for someone to plan your trip this is where to stop, you don't have to take my word for it that's fine she still has year's to plan for us lol. To Joy thanks to you and your team for the life-changing experience We will be Back.💐

Joy is a superstar travel agent!!!! Traveling during a pandemic is no easy task and Joy made it as stress-free as possible. Our group of 12 needed to change locations VERY last minute, due to Covid 19, and within a matter of a few weeks of restarting from scratch, we had an itinerary completed and travel information for everyone. I know that was a stressful thing to handle seeing how we were less than 4 months away from departure but Joy never wavered. She knocked it out of the park. The trip all together was an unbelievable experience and exceed expectations by a longshot. This was a 10 day trip to Dubai and easily the greatest trip planned by a travel agent who actually treated my family like her family. Very professional and loving towards us and nowhere near like travel agents we have dealt with in the past. I can write a short book about how great this experience was but I HIGHLY recommend you see for yourself. Joy will NOT let you down!!!+
