"Poor service and lack of delivery"

The first order I made I had to chase after 2 weeks as nothing had arrived. The items had not been picked for despatch at that point. I was promised they would be sent on a 'next day' and they did not arrive so I cancelled. I ordered again a few weeks later thinking this must have been a blip and giving them the benefit of the doubt and this time I emailed and rang to check that the items would be despatched. The voicemail continually says that all the lines are now busy (translates as no-one is there to ever take your call) and my emails apparently got stuck in junk mail. Sorry. Both times very poor service and slow delivery. In this day and age this is pretty poor by most standards. Other companies with far better service out there and similar cost. I give 2 stars as the second order actually arrived. Would have been 1 star otherwise.

I placed a large order with Trade Pipes without reading any reviews of the company. Having placed the order I went on to read reviews which worried me. I rang and spoke to Terry who was very helpful and put my mind at ease. Within two days my order arrived and all was good. My experience has been a good one. Seldom do I leave reviews but I felt I must leave one this time just to let people know that this is a decent company and not anything other. Thank you very much Terry.

"This afternoon after being let down by…"

This afternoon after being let down by some of the big builders merchants I turned to Trade Pipes looking for a 100mm 90deg Land Drain Elbow, which I need for Saturday. After talking to Terry I was amazed at the customer service I received and his willingness to want to resolve my issue. Thank you for an outstanding service.

"Promises not delivered"

Had to chase up company due to delay in dispatch. Was told order was being dispatched by overnight courier. Order actually sent via a 3 day delivery service and - according to the dispatch labels - a day later than the company had advised. A couple of items were missing... Promised - again - prompt dispatch...still waiting...hence the two star rating based on my experience of this company.
